Hen Solo came to us as a young pullet who was taking too long to start laying eggs. Turns out that Solo is a bit of a late bloomer, as she didn't start laying until she was 2 years old. She was terribly standoffish when she first arrived at WRR, but has since come out of her shell and forces Kate to carry her to bedtime tuck-in every night. She loves fresh veggies, especially corn.
